The deadline to declare pre-elective coalitions in the Central Commission of Elections in Kosovo, is January 12th, for all parties. They can declare their coalitions until 18.00 of that date.
The coalition between Lidhja Demokratike e Kosovës (LDK) and Aleanca për Kosovën e Re (AKR), is expected to be formalized. Another one between the Democratic Party of Kosovo and Fatmir Limaj’s, Nisma, is expected, too.
Fatmir Limaj, the leader of the Initiative, claimed that a sincere coalition between DPK and the Initiative, would emerge victorious in the February 14th elections.
It remains to be seen whether there will be coalitions between small parties and parties of the minorities. There is a possibility that small parties, will be joint in the same list. /AlbanianPost.com
